Olga Alavanou - President

President
Olga Alavanou is a retired C-suite automotive executive with over 35 years of experience in leadership positions and across multiple business. She began her career at Ford Motor company as a product development engineer before she joined the automotive supply base.

Olga sits on the Board of Noble Gas Systems, a developer and producer of conformable gas storage systems.

She has served on the Wayne State University Engineering School Board, the University of Detroit Mercy Business School Advisory Board, and the Winning Features Executive Board.

She has been recognized twice by the Automotive News as one of the 100 Leading Women in the North America Automotive Industry and by Detroit Business in their annual “Powered by Women” event. In 2017 she was inducted in the Wayne State University’s Hall of Fame.

Ms. Alavanou holds an Electrical Engineering Degree from Wayne State University, an MBA from the University of Detroit Mercy, and an executive MBA from IMD Business School in Lausanne Switzerland.
