Vagelis Maniadakis - Secretary

Vagelis Maniadakis is currently working at Ford in the Flexible Vehicle Architecture Department through an Agency.  He has over 35 years of accumulated experience in Automotive Industry, Defense Industry in Quality, Manufacturing in Electrical and Mechanical Systems in the USA and Europe.  

Vagelis has been a Member of the Ahepa at the Aegean Chapter 506, since 2013 and also the Secretary of the AHC since 2018. His vision is to see the young Greek Americans to start gradually taking the baton from the elder predecessors and continue their work and take it to the next level, aiming in promoting Hellenistic Values, Culture, Language, History and Ideals.

He is a firm believer to the Greek Ancient saying «Η ΙΣΧΥΣ ΕΝ ΤΗ ΕΝΩΣΕΙ» that Greeks must be united, unified, and support each other with any way they can.
Vagelis Maniadakis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Institute of Technology and a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Wayne State University.
